Return & Cancellation Policy

Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your product in its original condition within (30) days of the purchase date for a full refund. The original receipt or online purchase order number is required for all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective products can be replaced within (15) days of the purchase date by contacting us at clientservices@chrysalispoint.com.

Counseling & Coaching

All Counseling Session and Coaching Program fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless Chrysalis Point receives your request (via email) to reschedule or cancel your session at least (72) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, without prior request for rescheduling or cancellation, as outlined above, will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward your scheduled appointment. In the event of an emergency, you may reschedule your session by informing Chrysalis Point (via email) within the (72) hour window prior to your scheduled appointment. Live Events

All workshop, seminar, and training program tuition fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless Chrysalis Point is informed of your cancellation request (via email) at least (30) days prior to the start date of the event. Cancellations are subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. Failure to attend a registered event without prior request for cancellation, as outlined above, will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event registration. Chrysalis Point reserves the right to change our fees and billing methods at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the site to observe current policies.
